Dominate pitching performances by Ben O'Reilly and Drew Fittry over the Sacramento Spikes help the team get back to back wins over the weekend.  During Friday's game, O'Reilly had six dominate innings over the Spikes, facing just 2 over the minimum before being knocked out of the game by a line drive back to his ankle.  He struck out 9 Spikes players and walked just one before heading out to the 7th inning.  Ryan Heinle came on in relief and Michael Rishwain made it exciting, but the Glory held on to a 6-5 win over the spikes in a very close game.

On Saturday, at Salvation Army Night, the night got off to a great start with a great rendition of the National Anthem by Alexandria Ross, a Junior at Tokay High School and daughter of Captain Martin Ross.  Captain Ross threw out the first pitch (which was a bit high and wide!) but then the Glory pitching got much better.  Drew Fittry took the mound and tossed a gem for the Glory while being backed by very active bats.

The Glory are back at home tonight (Sunday) for a 5:10p start.  Come out and watch tonights game and see if the Glory can go back to back to back!
